A Little About Me
About Me
Hi — I’m Kaitlyn Bricker.
I’m Boston-based, building a life that’s equal parts ambition and experience, structure and spontaneity. I’ve always known I wanted more than just a “successful” life - I wanted one that felt full, intentional, and genuinely exciting.
Since I was young, I’ve been drawn to self-development, systems, and the idea that you don’t have to choose between success and enjoyment. I wanted all of it; meaningful work, independence, strong relationships, good energy, and a life that actually feels good to live.
Today, I work full-time in the healthcare data space while building my own startup on the side. I recently earned my MBA, and I spend my days thinking about systems, clarity, and how people build sustainable momentum — in work and in life.
Outside of work, you’ll usually find me exploring Boston, trying new restaurants, planning my next trip, refining my routines, or romanticizing the everyday moments that make life feel richer. I believe structure creates freedom, consistency beats intensity, and ambition doesn’t have to come at the expense of joy.
This space is where I share the thinking behind how I live — the systems, routines, lessons, and city moments that shape my days. If you’re building something of your own (a career, a business, a life you’re proud of), you’re in the right place.
