Welcome, Here’s a bit about me!

About Me

Hey!! Welcome to my blog, I’m Kaitlyn Bricker—Boston-based and building a life that’s equal parts ambition and experience.

Since I was 12, I’ve been hooked on self-development books. I’ve always known I wanted a big life—one where I didn’t have to choose between success, freedom, fun, and fulfillment. I wanted all of it: a meaningful career, my own business, a strong circle, good energy, and the kind of life that feels full—on purpose.

Right now, I work in the healthcare data space full-time, I’m building a startup, and I’ve recently graduated with an MBA. But I’m also out several nights a week—meeting new people, trying every good restaurant in the city, planning my next trip, or just finding a reason to celebrate something. I live for deep work and late-night laughs, early alarms and rooftop drinks, building something and being someone.

This blog is my space to track it all and share with others who have similar ambitions.
The routines. The favorites. The glow-ups. The wins. The mindset shifts. The mess.
I’m not here pretending to have everything figured out—I’m just doing a lot, learning fast, and sharing what’s helping me stay grounded, excited, and constantly leveling up.

You’ll find:

  • My current obsessions (products, tools, and rituals that keep me on)

  • Lifestyle upgrades, mindset shifts, and routines that actually work

  • The reality of balancing work, ambition, friendship, and fun

  • A behind-the-scenes look at what I’m building—and what I’m living

If you're someone who wants the dream career and the dream social life, who cares about deep growth but still wants to enjoy every second of their 20s—same. This is the space for that energy.

Thanks for being here.
Let’s make all of it happen—loudly, intentionally, and without apologizing for wanting more.
